When you "submit" your order online , you will receive an Email Confirmation to acknowledge that the order has been received. We will endeavour to dispatch any orders received before 12pm on the day the order is received (Mon-Friday) Excluding Bank Holidays, subject to payment and items being in stock. A standard shipping rate of €7.00 applies to all orders. Once the order is collect by the courier, shipping is normally one working day to Ireland and two working days to the UK. We have a large supply of stock in store but if there are any issues of stock we will contact you immediately. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service immediately. There are a some items that have an expected delivery time of 48- 62 hours. We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. In the event that you experience difficulty with any of our products, we will be happy to help. Faulty goods will be replaced or credited in full within 28 days of purchase. It’s imperative that you contact us within 28 days as full refunds cannot be considered after this period. Please keep original invoice and packaging. If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is faulty please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached.
Damaged or faulty goods will be credited in full including post and packaging. Damages and shortages must be notified within 7 days.
